Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Oviora TPMS Kit. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with all sensors, the display unit, and every accessory included in the box. Items showing installation wear, missing sensors, or damaged packaging cannot be accepted.

How to start a return: Email support@oviora.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive that address, as packages sent to an unauthorized address cannot be refunded.

Return shipping cost: Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item. Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oviora.store with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover return shipping in these cases.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Late or missing refunds: If an approved refund has not reached you after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact support@oviora.store and we will follow it up.

Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled at no cost while they are still being processed. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return under this policy.

Non-returnable: Items returned after the 30-day window, items with missing components, and free promotional gifts are not eligible for refund.
